A Complete Restoration From Start to Finish
Here is a customers Remington 30 Typewriter as it came to us


This is actually NOT the worst condition we have done. Nothing on the typewriter worked.

A pink shoestring was used to replace the original draw band — Notice the top of this typewriter is solid rust

Start of the restoration as the carriage is removed


Someone did a repair by replacing a screw with a paper clip

Customer needed new “Custom” decals to recreate the original look of this typewriter

A few of the many Magnetic boards used to categorize screws and pieces removed from this typewriter

Top Plate , Escapement, Ribbon Mechanism, all panels removed

All the type bars, and key tops removed—Ready for cleaning and rust removal

Rust removed from the key bars, all internals painted and reinstalled— The exterior has been stripped and ready for primer and paint


All the exterior pieces have been stripped—They will get 2 coats of primer, 2 coats of 2k polyurethane black —then decals and 4 coats of 2K poly clear gloss
